Introducing the 2026 Holiday Flower Bars from Blossom and Branch!
This is my third year doing flower bars and I think I have done every season, but a holiday flower bar! I have been brainstorming some fun options for this year and I decided on a “Traditional Holiday Flower Bar” and a “Retro Christmas Flower Bar”. Of course, I am always open to more tailored color schemes as well.
Traditional Holiday
This flower bar is done in the traditional color palette of red and greens with pops of white and sage. Flowers like roses and stock along with holiday berries and greenery are included. Your guests can make bouquets to take home in our signature cardboard flower holder, or you can upgrade the flower bar with vase or different style of wrapping, such as Kraft paper and tissue paper.
Retro Holiday Flower Bar:
For a more retro color scheme we can add in some pops of pink to the red and white flowers as well as some more pops of sage/aqua colors.
Why should you add a flower bar to your event?
Interactive activities
Flower bars make a unique and memorable activity at any holiday party or event. If you have run out of “activities” to do during your events – this might be just what you need. The delivery and display is all set up for you, as well as the clean up. You can have an attendant to help your guests make their bouquets, freeing you as the host up to enjoy the party. It makes a beautiful backdrop, as well for use on social media, newsletters, and other business or company marketing.
Marketing and Branded Event
One of other benefits of hosting a flower bar at your business or restaurant is all the attention it draws from other shoppers in the area. If you want to draw more clients into your space and have them have a memorial experience, adding a flower bar into your marketing budget might be a great way to do it. Shoppers milling around with branded flower holders will definitely be curious to see what your store has to offer while waiting their turn to make a bouquet.
I have done multiple flower bars at local businesses including: Anthropologie, Pure Barre, Sixty Vines Restaurant, as well as at hotels, apartment communities, and neighborhood events.
Investment:
The flower bar rental includes the following:
- Flower cart delivery, setup, and takedown
- A two-hour rental period
- My assistance during event to help guests make their bouquets
- Cardboard flower holder and beautiful selection of curated flowers
Prices start at $510 (includes all the above and flowers for 10 guests).
The price includes the service price and then an additional price per guest starting at $16 dollars per person with my basic flower bouquet. We can also increase the size of the bouquet or use a different holder/vase option depending on your event for an additional amount. I am happy to tailor the flower and foliage offering to match your event!
